DAY 1 copy

Day 1 – Welcome to the Land of the Bible!

Arrival at Ben-Gurion International Airport, Tel Aviv. Reception and assistance, arrival at our hotel, check in, orientation, and settle in for a good night’s rest by the Mediterranean Sea. You are in good hands.


Day 2 – Mount Carmel, Armageddon & Galilee

Following a delicious Israeli breakfast, we’ll ascend the biblical Mount Carmel overseeing the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea where the Prophet Elijah confronted Baal’s prophets and called on the God who answered by fire. We will hear from a local church leader by the historic Kishon brook, and will continue on to the Valley of Armageddon (Megiddo), the site of the final judgment of the nations. Driving through the Galilee, we’ll return to our hotel for dinner and rest.



Day 3 – Golan Adventure

Ascending the Golan Heights, we’ll explore the ancient city of Gamla and learn about the rich history of Jewish settlements in the Golan as we hike to one of the tallest waterfalls in the country featuring lush foliage, colorful flowers and rushing waters. As we weave through green trails on horseback, you’ll come to understand the strategic value of the Golan Heights to Israel. Continuing on foot to our outdoors cooking site, we’ll enjoy a Mediterranean culinary cooking experience and settle in for a quiet evening.


Day 4 – Around the Lake of Galilee & Baptism

Taking in the sites of New Testament events around the Lake of Galilee, we’ll share a baptism service (for those interested) in the Jordan River. In ancient Capernaum we’ll visit Peter’s home where Jesus performed many miracles, and continue on to hear the Master’s words on the Mount of Beatitudes and Tabgha where the miracle of the loaves and fishes took place. An afternoon boat ride across the Lake of Galilee will be followed by dinner & fellowship with local Israelis, experiencing faith in the Holy Land through their eyes.


Day 5 – Jordan Valley, Dead Sea & Masada

Departing from Tiberias and traveling south through the Jordan Valley toward Jerusalem, we will visit Gideon’s Fountain below the Hill of Moreh where Israel’s army assembled to fight the Philistines in the Jezre’el Valley, and take in the beauty of the Ein Harod springs. Passing through Jericho, we’ll arrive at the Dead Sea, earth’s lowest point, to enjoy the dramatic landscape and swim. We will hike to David’s oasis of Ein Gedi deep in the Judean Mountains and ascend by cable car to Masada, Israel’s ancient freedom fortress. Our day ends with a climactic entry into the City of Jerusalem, followed by a festive dinner in our Jerusalem hotel.


Day 6 – Jerusalem of Gold

We will start our day ascending the Mount of Olives for a beautiful panoramic view of the City that Jesus wept over, looking over the Temple courts where sacrifices were offered to God. Continuing on to the Garden of Gethsemane, we will take time for prayer and meditation among the ancient olive groves of the Kidron valley. During the afternoon we will walk the Via Dolorosa (the road of suffering leading to Calvary) and share Communion and worship in the Garden Tomb. Return to our hotel for dinner, fellowship with a local Israeli Pastor, and rest.


Day 7 – Jerusalem, New & Old

Our morning starts at the renowned Israel Museum which houses the Dead Sea Scrolls and other national treasures, continuing on to view the model replica of ancient Jerusalem and the Holocaust “Yad Vashem” memorial. We will enter the Old City through the Zion Gate and walk to the archaeological excavations from the times of Jesus and to the Davidson Center. We will pray by the Western Wall and ascend Mount Zion to the site of the Upper Room and the Last Supper, visit King David’s tomb and return to our hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 8 – Wilderness Adventure

Experience the heart of the Judean desert and uncover the secrets of the largest crater formations in the world. Traveling by open Jeep, we will explore layers of ancient rocks, fossils, vibrant colors, and strange volcanic phenomena among the stunning biblical landscape. Experiencing the Bedouin lifestyle, we will learn the fundamentals of desert survival, cooking, and how to navigate by way of the stars and the moonlight.

Day 9 – Morning off. Shopping in Old Jerusalem’s market.

Afternoon transfer to the Ben Gurion International Airport for your departing flight.
