Traveling to Israel is unlike any other destination. We are privileged to share the beauty of Israel with thousands of travelers annually. Our goal is to share the full beauty and charm of Israel that we ourselves love – not just the regular highlights. As such, we always seek to incorporate off-the beaten path activities that highlight Israel’s natural beauty, colorful culture, and rich history.




Day 1 – Welcome to Israel

Land at Ben Gurion International Airport. Reception and Drive to Jerusalem. Check into our Hotel. Exquisite Dinning at Olive and Fish Restaurant.


Day 2 – From Jerusalem to the Dead Sea

Breakfast at the Hotel. Visit Jericho & Kasar El Yahud (John the Baptist’s site). Drive North by way of the Jordan Valley. Lunch in the valley by Private Catering. Tour the Ancient Beit She ‘an archeological site. Travel to Haifa.


Day 3 – The first settlements of the State of Israel

Optional sunrise walk and breakfast. Morning activities:○ Option 1: Sunrise Hot Air Balloon ride.○ Option 2: Tour through the first Kibbutzim and settlements of the Kinneret, short hike around Mt. Tabor. Bedouin hospitality and lunch in Kfar Daboria. Visit a local Kibbutz, family. ATV/Ranger 4×4 trip through the Jezre’el Valley. French cuisine cooking workshop by Chef Nir.


Day 4 – Haifa and the wandering roads of Israel

Breakfast. Explore the Bahai Gardens. Lunch in the German Colony. Visit to the Ha’Apala Museum. Visit to the British Mandate era Atlit transport camp. Dinner out in Haifa (recommendation and reservations can be made by our team).


Day 5 – The story of the Palmach and the climb to Jerusalem

Breakfast at the hotel and early drive to Tel Aviv. Visit to the Interactive Palmach Museum in Tel Aviv. Walking tour of Tel Aviv along the beach promenade. Jeep/ATV trip from Mazkeret Batya to Mt. Hertzl with activities and challenges along the way on the famous Burma Road. Field lunch by private Catering mid our Jeep adventure.


Day 6 – Masada and Ein Gedi hike

Breakfast at the Hotel. Drive southwards for a relaxing morning at the Dead Sea Spa. Ein Gedi desert oasis hike and lunch by private Catering. Ascending Masada by cable car for an unforgettable afternoon.


Day 7 – Jerusalem Reborn

Breakfast at the Hotel. Walking Tour of the Yad Va’Shem Memorial of the Holocaust. (Optional full tour in the new wing of the Israel Museum. Lunch and activities in Machne Yehuda Shuk (Open Market). Visit the Western Wall and the Tunnels. Enjoy the night lightshow at the Tower of David. Dinner out in Jerusalem (recommendation and reservations can be made by our team).


Day 8 – Heading Southwards

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive southwards via the Mediterranean coast. Visit to Phillip Farm and activities. (Optional carriage ride through the fields, with an educational tour of the farm). Lunch on the way. Desert cooking workshop and dinner under the stars. Accommodations at a southern Kibbutz Guest House.


Day 9 – The Visionary – David Ben-Gurion

Early morning walk. Breakfast at the Kibbutz. Visit to David Ben-Gurion’s Desert home in Sde Boker. Visit to Kibbutz Revivim (Optional: Learn about the creation of Jewish Settlements in the desert). Visit to “Shvil HaSalat” historic trails. (Optional: Farmers and agricultural life in the Negev, taste of local and recent harvests). Feasting on locally grown food for lunch at “Shvil HaSalat”. Drive to Tel Aviv. Check in at the hotel. Celebratory Dinner.


Day 10 – Tour Tel Aviv and the Old City of Jaffa

A free day in Tel Aviv & Old Jaffa, fresh fish lunch on the coast. Transfer to Ben Gurion International Airport.
